October Schnibbles

Here's my October Schnibbles-Cindy Lou Who made with Robyn Pandolph's Roses de Noel fabric. I just love the reds and browns in this collection-so beautiful!
I have not yet quilted it-I was really having a tough time because I'm so new at this, so I decided to wait until I've completed my machine quilting class in November. Hopefully, I'll learn something and be better at quilting than I am now--I did a lot of 'un-sewing' this week in my attempts to finish this quilt! LOL!

September Schnibbles DONE!

Well, after working all day today, I finished my first Schnibbles just in time for the deadline! Whew!
I am not entirely happy with the result, lots of boo-boos! Then, due to time constraints (and my total lack of know-how) I just quilted it using the stitch-in-the-ditch technique. I am hoping I will have a better showing next month!

The First Schnibbles

The first month of the year of Schnibbles is a quilt made with the Winter White pattern. I'm trying really hard to finish it by tomorrow, but I am NOT an experienced quilter and I'm messing up alot! But I have finished the quilt top and here it is!

I don't remember the charm packs I used, but they were not the Glace packs that were called for in the pattern. The borders are just fabric I picked up at JoAnn.

I am going to attempt to quilt and bind it today, so hopefully I'll have the completed quilt posted tomorrow. Just don't look too closely or you'll see all of my mistakes! LOL!
